India's automotive landscape is set to welcome several unique and innovative cars in 2025. Here are five notable upcoming models:​

1. Suzuki E Vitara

Suzuki, in collaboration with Toyota, is introducing its first electric vehicle, the E Vitara. This 4WD-capable electric SUV will be manufactured at Suzuki Motor Gujarat in India, with production starting in spring 2025. The E Vitara will feature lithium iron phosphate batteries available in 49 kWh or 60 kWh capacities, offering a range of up to 400 km on a single charge.



2. VinFast VF6 and VF7

Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast is entering the Indian market with two premium electric SUVs, the VF6 and VF7. These models aim to compete with local and international rivals, supporting India's carbon emissions reduction goals. VinFast plans to invest $500 million over five years to build a car and battery factory in Tamil Nadu, with an initial production capacity of 50,000 cars annually. 



3. MG Cyberster

The MG Cyberster is an all-electric roadster designed for performance enthusiasts. Equipped with a 77 kWh battery pack, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and offers a range of approximately 580 km on a single charge. Its distinctive design and high performance make it a standout addition to India's electric vehicle market.



4. Kia Syros

Kia is introducing the Syros, an innovative SUV positioned between the Sonet and Seltos models. The Syros combines design elements from both, featuring a practical and spacious cabin. Notable features include a sliding and reclining rear bench, panoramic sunroof, and advanced infotainment system, enhancing comfort and convenience for passengers.



5. Renault Duster (Third Generation)

Renault is set to launch the third-generation Duster in India, revitalizing the model that initially pioneered the mid-size SUV segment in the country. The new Duster features a robust design language and offers multiple powertrain options, catering to diverse customer preferences. Its return is anticipated to strengthen Renault's presence in the competitive SUV market.
